Monitoring, Optimization, and Reliability Operations

Ongoing Subscription

Optematic Automate is the operational service that ensures what was built actually runs. This product represents the transition from project delivery into day-to-day operational ownership, with a focus on monitoring, reliability, and performance under real-world conditions.

Automate exists to eliminate silent failures, manual intervention, and reactive firefighting by making integrations and automations observable, stable, and predictable.

What This Product Is

Optematic Automate is the run layer of the Optematic model.

It exists to:

  • Keep live systems functioning reliably

  • Detect and resolve issues before they impact the business

  • Stabilize integrations and automations after launch

  • Provide operational ownership without internal staffing

Automate applies only to systems and workflows that are live and in scope.

Who This Product Is For

Optematic Automate is designed for organizations that:

  • Have live integrations, automations, or workflows

  • Want a single owner responsible for reliability

  • Do not want internal teams reacting to failures

  • Need confidence that systems will run consistently

This product is not a fit if:

  • Systems are not yet live (see Optematic Build)

  • You are looking for net-new functionality or major enhancements (see Managed)

  • You want ad-hoc or break-glass support only

What Optematic Automate Covers

During this subscription, Optematic assumes responsibility for operating in-scope systems.

Included activities:

  • Integration and automation monitoring

  • Error handling, alerting, and incident response

  • Performance tuning and reliability improvements

  • Automation refinement based on real usage patterns

  • Operational runbooks and escalation paths

  • Minor fixes and adjustments post-launch

All work is focused on stability, performance, and reliability, not expansion.

Delivery Model

Optematic Automate is delivered using a managed capacity model, not hourly billing.

Delivery Pod (Managed by Optematic)

  • Automation Engineers

  • Support Engineers

  • Ops-focused Developers

Capacity is allocated to operate and stabilize systems based on operational needs.

Individual hours are not tracked or billed. Capacity is applied to maintain reliability, not deliver new features.

Subscription Structure

  • Billing: Monthly subscription

  • Scope: Limited to systems and workflows explicitly in scope

  • Ongoing: Continues only while Automate is active

  • Non-project: Not time-boxed like Implement or Build

Automate does not expire on its own and may be terminated per contract terms.

What Optematic Automate Does Not Include

To avoid confusion, the following are explicitly excluded:

  • Net-new integrations or workflows

  • Major redesigns or architectural changes

  • New systems or business domains

  • Backlog-driven enhancements or roadmap execution

  • Unlimited development work

  • Platform execution or runtime fees

These are handled through Optematic Managed, Optematic Implement / Build, and/or the Optematic Orchestration Platform, if applicable.

What You Receive

While Optematic Automate is active, you receive:

  • Stable, monitored integrations and automations

  • Faster issue detection and resolution

  • Reduced operational risk and downtime

  • Documented runbooks and escalation paths

  • A clear operational owner for live systems

Relationship to Other Optematic Products

  • Requires: Systems delivered through Build or formally accepted into scope

  • Pairs with:

    • Optematic Managed (for continuous improvement)

    • Optematic Orchestration Platform (if Optematic operates runtime)

  • Does not replace: Build or Managed

Automate is the baseline operating layer for all ongoing services.

Pricing & Checkout Clarity

  • Fixed monthly pricing

  • No hourly billing

  • No per-incident fees

  • No implied enhancements

Subscription covers operations and reliability only.
