Optematic Build is a time-boxed execution engagement that transforms approved requirements into live, production ready systems. This product focuses on implementing integrations, automations, and workflows using proven delivery patterns, rigorous testing, and controlled release practices.
Build is intentionally structured as a four-month delivery window to support parallel development, testing, validation, and launch without compromising stability or quality. If delivery completes early, the engagement ends early.
What This Product Is
Optematic Build is the phase where planned work is executed.
It exists to:
Turn approved designs and backlogs into working systems
Deliver stable, production-grade functionality
Prepare systems for real-world operational use
This product assumes requirements and scope have already been defined. If requirements are unclear, Optematic Implement is required before Build begins.
Who This Product Is For
Optematic Build is designed for organizations that:
Have a defined scope or approved backlog
Are ready to implement integrations, automations, or data workflows
Want production ready systems, not proofs or experiments
Need disciplined execution with predictable timelines
This product is not a fit if:
Requirements are still being explored
Tool selection has not been finalized
You are looking for ongoing support or enhancements (see Automate or Managed)
What Optematic Build Covers
During this engagement, Optematic executes the backlog defined during Optematic Implement or an equivalent planning process.
Included activities:
System configuration and custom development
Integration and workflow implementation
API, event, and orchestration logic
Proofs of concept where required to validate approach
Unit testing and system testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
Defect remediation and refinement
Deployment planning and production release
Documentation and knowledge capture for ongoing operations
All work is delivered according to documented acceptance criteria.
Delivery Model
Optematic Build is delivered using a managed capacity model, not hourly billing.

QA Engineers
Solution Architect (design oversight and integrity)
Team composition, allocation, and workload are managed internally by Optematic to deliver outcomes within the approved scope.
Individual hours are not tracked or billed. Capacity is allocated to deliver results, not time.

Standard duration: 4 months
Pricing: Fixed monthly fee
Time boxed: Engagement ends when scope is delivered or the 4-month term concludes
Early completion: If delivery finishes early, the engagement ends early
Build does not auto-renew and does not roll into ongoing subscriptions.
What Optematic Build Does Not Include
To avoid confusion, the following are explicitly excluded from this product:
Ongoing monitoring or operational support after launch
Break/fix outside the delivery window
Continuous enhancements beyond approved scope
Net new systems, domains, or major redesigns
Platform runtime or execution capacity fees
Unlimited revisions or open-ended work
These services are covered under Optematic Automate, Optematic Managed, and/or the Optematic Orchestration Platform, if applicable.
What You Receive
At the conclusion of Optematic Build, you receive:
Live, production-grade systems and integrations
Implemented workflows that meet defined acceptance criteria
Deployed automations ready for operational use
Documentation sufficient for handoff or ongoing operations
A clean transition point into optional ongoing services
What Happens After Build
After delivery, you choose what happens next. Nothing is assumed.
You may:
Exit — Optematic completes handoff and disengages
Add Optematic Automate — Optematic assumes responsibility for system reliability and support
Add Automate + Managed — Optematic operates and continuously improves the system
Platform execution fees apply only if Optematic operates the orchestration platform on your behalf.
