Continuous Improvement and Long-Term Partnership

Ongoing Subscription

Optematic Managed is the long-term managed services layer focused on creating ongoing value, not reactive support. This product exists to continuously improve, expand, and evolve systems as the business changes without requiring internal headcount growth.

Managed is roadmap driven and proactive. It builds on the stability provided by Optematic Automate and focuses on delivering incremental improvements, new capabilities, and strategic guidance over time.

What This Product Is

Optematic Managed is the improve layer of the Optematic model.

It exists to:

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and integration

  • Deliver continuous enhancements within existing domains

  • Evolve systems as business needs, volume, and complexity grow

  • Act as a long-term extension of the internal systems team

Managed is not support. It is ongoing execution against a defined improvement roadmap.

Who This Product Is For

Optematic Managed is designed for organizations that:

  • Have stable, live systems in production

  • Want continuous improvement without hiring additional staff

  • Expect systems to evolve as the business grows

  • Prefer a long-term partner accountable for outcomes

This product is not a fit if:

  • You only need monitoring and break/fix (see Optematic Automate)

  • You are launching net-new systems or domains without planning (see Foundations + Build)

  • You want ad-hoc, unplanned development

What Optematic Managed Covers

During this subscription, Optematic owns the improvement roadmap and executes against it.

Included activities:

  • Ongoing system and automation management

  • Identification of new automation and integration opportunities

  • Enhancement backlog creation and prioritization

  • Continuous delivery of improvements within scope

  • Platform expansion and onboarding of new systems (within existing domains)

  • Advisory support aligned to business goals

All work is planned, prioritized, and delivered through an agreed backlog.

Delivery Model

Optematic Managed is delivered using a managed capacity model, not hourly billing.

Delivery Pods

  • Systems Architects

  • Automation Engineers

  • Project Managers

  • Account Managers

  • Business Analysts

Capacity is allocated based on roadmap priorities rather than ad-hoc requests.

Subscription Structure

  • Billing: Monthly subscription

  • Prerequisite: Requires Optematic Automate

  • Scope: Limited to in-scope systems and domains

  • Ongoing: Continues while Managed is active

Managed does not replace project-based work for net-new initiatives.

  • Net-new platforms or major domains without planning

  • Large-scale implementations requiring discovery

  • Regular delivery of incremental improvements

  • Strategic guidance as systems and needs evolve

  • Long-term ownership without internal team growth
